My name is Tamara S. Lewis, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, eating at great restaurants, live music, hiking, walking and my all time favorite thing to do is visiting wineries.

I have been working in the Behavioral Health Field for over 10 years in various aspects such as Residential Programs, Administrative and as a Clinical Therapist. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples gain the skills necessary to navigate life's journey. I take a strength-based approach when working with people. I believe that everyone has the strength and resources within themselves to handle life’s journey. It is my role to help you discover those strengths and resources. I am experienced in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and trauma. I also help couples address conflict resolution, improve their communication, and build intimacy and trust.

My mission is to help individuals and couples get to the desired future that they want for themselves. I look forward to walking beside you on your journey!
