Thank you so much for viewing my profile. I know that asking for help may be difficult.
In our time together, I will offer a non-judgmental, person-centered, warm and relational approach. It is my hope to create a space where we can explore different ways to embrace your values, goals, and desires.
I believe that finding a “safe place” is the first step in the process of understanding who you truly are and who you were always meant to be. I hope to achieve this in our therapeutic relationship by offering insight and feedback when appropriate, while always providing empathy and compassion.
I received my master’s degree from DePaul University and then earned my clinical hours and 6 years of experience working in a community mental health setting. I have found success and satisfaction working with people who have experienced some of the following: depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, complex trauma, ineffective communication skills, difficulty setting boundaries, repairing relationships, life transitions, grief and loss.
It would be my honor to share a safe space with you where you will be encouraged to embrace your true self.
I offer hybrid services via in-person and telehealth. Appointments are available at the Elmhurst location or virtual. I look forward to meeting you.
