Josalyn Clark

I’m the Operations Manager at Mosaic Counseling & Wellness. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Benedictine University and my graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside. My background in both psychology and business allows me to approach my work with a blend of empathy and organization, supporting a practice environment that values both care and collaboration. I’ve long been drawn to the field of mental health and the growth that can take place in therapy. It’s a space that invites honesty, vulnerability, and personal discovery, and I’ve seen how meaningful that process can be. In my role, I aim to ensure our clinicians have what they need to provide excellent care, while contributing to an environment that feels welcoming and centered on well-being.
