Welcome! I am Stefanie, the Director of Clinical Operations at Mosaic Counseling & Wellness. With a deep passion for mental health and a commitment to providing high-quality care, I oversee the daily clinical operations that ensure our team delivers exceptional therapy services to those who need it most. I bring years of experience in clinical management, strategic planning, and team development to my role, working closely with our therapists to foster a collaborative and supportive environment. As our practice grows, my focus is on ensuring that our clients receive compassionate, effective care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. I’m proud to be part of a team that is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their journey toward healing and personal growth. I have a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University and an undergraduate degree in Child and Family, Community Services from Bowling Green State University. I have spent my career working in a range of settings, with a focus on working with families.
