Psychotherapist
Megan Gray-Gordon
LCSW
I am a mindfulness trained, trauma-informed, integrative therapist. I work with adults, both individuals and couples, and specialize in treating clients living with depression and anxiety and dealing with trauma and recovery, grief and loss and issues related to health, relationship stressors and life transitions.
I earned my Masters in Social Work and completed a clinical fellowship in Contextual Behavioral Therapies at The University of Chicago. I have more than 18 years experience working with adults and practice an integrated approach to therapy, often using mindfulness, metaphor and humor in my practice. I believe in treating the whole person and offer clients a collaborative space for healing. I utilize evidence-based approaches including ACT, MiCBT and Gottman Couples Therapy, and emphasize growth and possibility in my practice. I look forward to working together with you towards the change you want to see in your daily life.
