When I first stepped into my role as the Director of Operations at Mosaic, I felt an immediate sense of purpose and excitement. The opportunity to combine my passion for healthcare with my experience in operations, quality, performance improvement, and consulting was a dream come true. My healthcare background has provided me with a broad understanding of the complexities of behavioral health, while providing me with the resources to address the operational challenges faced by organizations like ours. My academic journey and prior work experience laid the foundation for my work here. My degrees in Psychology and Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign gave me a deep appreciation for the human experience, especially complexities of mental and emotional health, and provided me with an understanding of the systemic factors that impact health and well-being. My Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago has been instrumental in equipping me with the leadership skills and operational insights needed to drive change and improve outcomes. I look forward to contributing to a future where our clinics are not only centers for healing but also are leaders in operational excellence.
