If you’re looking for a therapist who can hold space for both your laughter and your pain—who will show up as her full self so that you feel safe enough to show up as yours—you’re in the right place.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who brings a grounded, humanistic, and relational style to my work. With a blend of warmth, compassion, and realism, I can help you find meaning, connection, and sustainable tools for change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness/pain, or a life transition, therapy with me is a space where you can unpack, process, and rebuild and I aim to bring that with a touch of humor and a lot of heart.
I am especially passionate about helping clients build boundaries, explore relational dynamics, and develop deeper self-awareness. My work often centers around introspection, identity exploration, and building a life that feels more aligned with one’s values and voice.
My style is equal parts validating and practical. Clients describe me as authentic, trauma-informed, and supportive—with a knack for weaving metaphors into powerful insight.
I work with kids (age 10+) and adults and incorporate a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always tailoring my approach to the client in front of me.
