In the words of James Hillman: “If the oak is in the acorn - what’s in you?” Are you struggling with self-esteem, self-worth, or self-compassion? Are you feeling as if the pain and challenges you experience are hindering you from feeling whole and reaching your true potential? If so, I am here for you on your journey toward wellness. I believe each individual is a whole and multidimensional being, and I strive to provide services that help individuals realize and unlock the wisdom and healing potential that already lies dormant within them. I am here to help you grow and change in ways that are adaptable for you.

I have had the privilege of providing therapeutic services in community settings to adults with complex trauma and severe mental illness, have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, have worked on multidisciplinary teams with medical and legal professionals, and have an extensive background facilitating groups for youth and adults - therapeutic and otherwise. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan’s School of Social Work and am trained in DBT, Depth Psychology, TF-Psychotherapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.

As a therapist specializing in trauma-focused psychodynamic and behavioral modalities, I help you address problems in your life at their roots by uncovering maladaptive unconscious patterns that influence thoughts, feelings, and actions in your waking life. I seek to help all my clients regulate their nervous systems in order to develop somatic safety, as I believe feeling safe in our bodies is the first step towards developing a fulfilling life. My work with young adults and adults is centered around treating depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and negative self-image. I offer services for young adults and adults out of Mosaic’s Hinsdale and Oak Park offices. It is my honor to witness you realize your potential, a potential that has been within you all along. I look forward to helping you bloom into a life you are proud to call your own.
