Sometimes life’s challenges can be difficult to navigate on our own. As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and wellness. If you’ve been struggling with feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or stuck, we can work together to get you to a place where you have peace, clarity, and happiness.
I utilize a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches to assist clients who struggle with a wide array of concerns including regulating emotions, interpersonal issues, anxiety disorders, self-harm, depression, SOGIE (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression) concerns, anxiety-related school refusal, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Additionally, I prioritize providing a safe and validating therapeutic environment for BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, individuals with disabilities, and other minorities struggling to survive under oppressive societal systems.
