Clinical Intern

Rachel Moser-Pham

Welcome! I’m a Clinical Intern here at Mosaic. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University and am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University. I work with individuals and groups of all ages, identities, and backgrounds. I believe each person brings their own unique experiences and perspectives, and I want to create a space where everyone feels seen and comfortable being exactly who they are. I support individuals navigating a variety of challenges and life experiences, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel heard, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and discover ways to move forward. I value nurturing a greater sense of hope, peace, and self-compassion in the people I have the privilege of working with. To achieve this, I take an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices to provide personalized care that reflects each client’s unique needs and goals. Some of the approaches I draw from include cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices. Outside of counseling, I usually spend time with my family and friends, taking my dogs for walks, or caring for my many plants! I’m also a strong believer in slowing down and romanticizing the everyday moments that can easily be overlooked. I value making time to goof off, connect with others, and find presence in each moment.
