Rachel Campbell
Hello, I’m so glad you’ve taken this brave step toward caring for yourself through counseling. My name is Rachel, and I am a Clinical Intern. I believe each person is uniquely created with inherent worth and the capacity for growth and healing. At times, life’s challenges, painful experiences, or overwhelming circumstances can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, others, or the life we long to live. My hope is to create a calm, compassionate space where you feel safe to slow down, be fully seen, and begin moving toward healing and wholeness.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and trust. My approach is grounded in Person-Centered therapy, which means I believe you are the expert of your own story and that meaningful change happens within a supportive, empathetic therapeutic relationship. I draw from evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to match client goals.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and groups of all ages navigating concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, communication, self-esteem, grief and loss, faith and spirituality, family-of-origin wounds, and feelings of overwhelm or disconnection. I am especially passionate about helping clients cultivate resilience, emotional wellness, meaningful relationships, and a deeper sense of peace in their daily lives.
I believe healing is a process that often requires courage, patience, and support, but meaningful growth can happen even in difficult seasons. Therapy is not about having everything figured out all at once, but about taking intentional, manageable steps toward lasting change. Whether you are processing a difficult season or specific life event, seeking clarity, strengthening coping skills, or simply longing to better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you. My hope is that through our work together, you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful and lasting growth.
