Patricia Wallin
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Latina therapist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences.
I see therapy as a space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore your emotions, patterns, and the experiences that have shaped you. My approach is relational and culturally responsive. I draw from a psychodynamic perspective while also incorporating practical tools when helpful, so our work together can lead to both deeper insight and meaningful change.
I have a particular interest in working with immigrant individuals and strive to create a space where your cultural background, values, and what matters most to you are respected and understood.
In our work together, my goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space while gently helping you explore areas that may feel difficult. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with the intention of helping you feel more connected, more grounded, and better able to navigate whatever you may be experiencing.
