When looking for a therapist, it can feel like can feel like one of the biggest decisions of your life. My goal is to make that process feel less intimidating and help foster a space where you feel safe. Therapy should feel like a space where individuals and families can collaborate with their therapist and find a path to live a more fulfilling life. I work children, teens and young adults in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and everyday stressors that feel overwhelming. I also work with individuals to process life transitions from a different lens. My approach is rooted in evidence based and solution focused practices. I utilize CBT, DBT and ACT in the therapeutic space with clients. Together we will highlight the strengths that you bring to therapy and help develop coping skills that are applicable in your daily life. Our sessions are your space, and you have the freedom to guide what we focus on and explore together. I look forward to supporting you as you navigate this season of life and helping you work towards the goals that matter most to you.
