When looking for a therapist, it is a big step and feels scary and vulnerable, my goal is to make the process as easy and seamless as possible. My hope when you are looking for a therapist is that you feel proud for taking this step and trust that we can work together to help you live a fulfilled life despite your symptoms. When we are in a session together, my goal is to make you feel comfortable. I would love our sessions to feel like conversations and least intimidating as possible. I work with people of all ages that are navigating anxiety, depression, everyday stressors and life transitions. My approach uses evidence based, solutions focused, and CBT to find ways to support you. Something that makes our sessions different from other sessions you may have had is that we will work together to highlight the strengths that you already have to help you cope. You are in control of the space and the topics that we discuss in our sessions. I am eager to help you navigate the chapter you are currently in.
