Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming especially when you’re already carrying anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or the quiet weight of trying to hold everything together. I believe reaching out for support is not a weakness, but a brave and deeply human step. My goal is to offer a calm, grounding space where you can finally exhale and begin to reconnect with yourself in meaningful ways.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum transitions, health-related stress, and the emotional pressures that come with different stages of life. Many of the people I support are high-functioning, deeply caring individuals who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed or emotionally depleted on the inside. In our work together, I gently help untangle the thoughts, expectations, and patterns that no longer serve you, while building practical tools that bring clarity, balance, and emotional relief to the forefront. My approach blends evidence-based methods with genuine compassion, so therapy feels both effective and deeply personal.
What often sets my work apart is how intentionally I meet you where you are without judgment and without trying to “fix” you. I believe healing happens through connection and collaboration. Our sessions are thoughtful and supportive, grounded in the belief that you already carry strengths within you, sometimes they just need space and care to re-emerge. Whether you’re adjusting to motherhood, navigating a life transition, or longing to feel more like yourself again, I am here to walk beside you with warmth and steady support.
