I specialize in supporting adults with ADHD, LGBTQIA+ folks, and complex trauma survivors, who are navigating challenges including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationships, burn out, PTSD symptoms, nutrition, and chronic illness. My framework blends humor, compassion, art therapy, parts work (IFS), systems theory, somatic therapy, EMDR, and DBT through the lens of trauma-informed recovery modalities. I am dedicated to providing an affirming, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome.
