Art Therapist
Jen Baffi
LPC,ATR-BC
There are times in life when feelings feel bigger than words. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where those experiences can be honored and explored with compassion and curiosity. My work is rooted in a gestalt-based, client-centered approach that emphasizes mindfulness and connection to the “here and now,” helping clients build awareness, insight, and meaningful growth with the backbone of art therapy for extra spice.
I integrate Gestalt theory, Existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Art Therapy. Art therapy offers a creative pathway for expression beyond words, with a focus on process rather than artistic ability — no experience required.
I earned my master’s degree from Adler University and am deeply committed to honoring each person’s unique background, culture, and lived experience. Every client brings a rich story into the room, and it is my privilege to hold space for that story with respect and care.
