I believe the foundation for a successful therapeutic experience lies within the relationship we build together. Having a space where you can speak openly, explore difficult emotions, and feel understood without judgment can make room for meaningful change. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel comfortable showing up as you are, even when you are unsure of what to say or where to begin. In my work with children, adolescents, and adults, I take a collaborative and curious approach to understanding each person's experiences. I am interested in how our relationships, past experiences, and emotional worlds shape the ways we see ourselves and connect with others in our lives. Together, we can explore recurring patterns, make sense of difficult feelings, and develop a deeper understanding of what may be contributing to the challenges you are facing. My clinical interests include anxiety, relationships, attachment, grief and trauma. Understanding ourselves often begins through our connections with others and so I value the opportunity to explore not only what is happening in your life, but also what those experiences mean to you. Therapy is not about having all the answers or following a predetermined path. Rather, it is a process of working together to make sense of your experiences, discover new perspectives, and find ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more fulfilling. My clinical background includes working with children, adolescents, and parents in a school setting, as well as supporting individuals and families across a wide range of ages and circumstances in a community mental health setting. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the uniqueness of each person's story and the importance of meeting people with empathy, openness, and respect. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which curiosity and trust develop over time. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. Whether you are navigating a difficult period, struggling to understand your emotions, or hoping to develop a deeper relationship with yourself, my hope is to offer an opportunity to slow down, feel less alone, and explore what matters to you. I look forward to building that space together!
