Abigail Lampe
Hi! I’m a therapy intern who is passionate about providing affirming, supportive counseling to individuals wherever they are on their journey. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, nonjudgment, and a trauma-informed lens. Creating a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and supported is my top priority.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with trust and connection. I strive to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to understand your experiences and identify your goals. I value the courage it takes to share your story, and I aim to honor your unique identities, relationships, and lived experiences in our work together.
My approach is influenced by and emphasizes how our relationships, early experiences, and environments shape who we are. I believe growth happens through connection, self-understanding, and feeling empowered within your own story.
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, individuals with neurodivergence, and the LGBTQ+ community. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, and neurodivergence.
I am a student participating in field experiences for my Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree at Southern New Hampshire University. I am under supervision by this Mosaic Counseling & Wellness with Stefanie Ward and my faculty supervisor Dr. Dominique Adkins.
