Hello and welcome! My name is Mallory, and I am a Licensed Social Worker. I embrace the notion that every individual is a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously. My passion lies in supporting individuals through their unique paths of healing, self-discovery, and growth.  

Each phase of life brings its own challenges, and I am here to guide you through those challenges. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to navigate hardships, gain insights, and develop practical strategies that empower you to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.                                                    

Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we will focus on tolerating distress, regulating emotions, and building healthy relationships. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will examine and reshape unhelpful thoughts holding you back. With Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness meets action -we will explore your values and actions that align with them.  

I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a master’s degree in social work, and I have a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My background is in non-profit organizations, school social work, partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient programs.  

I am currently accepting clients of all age groups, including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
